Craps Stats
Several mathematical concepts are at work in every casino game. The goal of this section is to define "house advantage," give some examples of good versus bad bets, and to clarify that the odds wager (yellow) BEHIND the PASS LINE is the best bet in the Casino.
True Odds
Say your point is 4. There are 3/36 ways to roll a four and win while there are 6/36 ways to roll a 7 and lose (see chart). By paying $2 for every $1 you bet in odds, there is no house edge because the probablity of losing = the payout = 2 to 1
